- Subscription and billing information, including payment details processed on our behalf by our payment provider, Stripe.
- Communications you send us, including complaints, queries, and any information you provide when contacting us.

- Directly from you, when you subscribe to the Service, contact us, or otherwise provide information to us.
- From our service providers, such as payment confirmation data from Stripe.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from you without your knowledge.

- To provide, maintain, and deliver the Service to you, including subscription billing.
- To respond to your queries, complaints, and other communications.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including obligations under our arrangement with True Oak Investments Pty Ltd (AFSL 238184) as our Australian Financial Services Licensee, which may include providing subscriber-related compliance information to True Oak on request.
- To send you service-related communications. We will only send you marketing communications with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.
Disclosure of personal information, including overseas
We may disclose your personal information to third parties who help us operate the Service, including payment processing, content delivery, and communication tools. Some of these providers are based overseas, principally in the United States, meaning your personal information may be handled or stored outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We may also disclose personal information to True Oak Investments Pty Ltd for compliance oversight purposes, and to regulators or other parties where required or authorised by law.
