Acceptance of these Terms
By subscribing to Fox Research (“the Service”), you (“Subscriber”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to or use the Service.
Nature of the Service
Fox Research is a paid subscription investment research publication operated by Fox Research Group Pty Ltd, a Corporate Authorised Representative (AFS Representative No. 001323166) of True Oak Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 81 002 558 956, AFSL 238184).
All content provided through the Service is general financial product advice only. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs.
- Content is identical for every subscriber. Nothing provided through the Service is personal advice, and no content is tailored to any individual subscriber’s circumstances.
- You should consider the appropriateness of any information before acting on it, and seek advice from a licensed financial adviser regarding your own circumstances.
- Fox Research does not manage funds, hold client money, or exercise any discretionary trading authority on behalf of any subscriber.

Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in AUD via Stripe, on the plan and pricing tier selected at sign-up.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, except as set out in Section 4, are non-refundable.
- Fox Research may change subscription pricing for future billing periods with reasonable prior notice to existing subscribers.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
- All content is the property of Fox Research Group Pty Ltd and is provided for your personal use as a subscriber only.
- Content may not be copied, forwarded, republished, redistributed, or shared with any person who is not a paying subscriber, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
- Fox Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any subscriber found to be in breach of this section.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The information, opinions and commentary provided by Fox Research Group Pty Ltd is prepared for general informational purposes only and does not take into consideration the investment objectives, financial circumstances or needs of any individual. Please have regard to your own circumstances and consider seeking specific advice from your professional advisers. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fox Research Group Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, content provided through the Service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
No Advisory Relationship
Subscribing to the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and Fox Research Group Pty Ltd, True Oak Investments Pty Ltd, or any of their representatives. The Service is a publication, not a personal advice or portfolio management service.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact us at sam@foxresearchgroup.com. Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Handling Policy, available on our website, which also sets out your right to refer unresolved complaints to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
Termination
Fox Research may suspend or terminate a subscription at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 4.
Changes to these Terms
Fox Research may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, regardless of the Subscriber’s location.
